How Do I Order a Portrait?

Simply complete my commission enquiry form with a few details about what you'd like me to create. You can upload your reference photos and share any ideas or preferences you have.I'll personally review your enquiry and get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your portrait, answer any questions and recommend the best options for you.Once we've agreed on the details, I'll send you your final quote. Full payment secures your booking, and I'll then begin creating your portrait.Prefer to spread the cost?3-month instalment plans are also available. What Are My Payment Options?

3-month instalment plans are available. For example, a £470 portrait could be paid in 3 monthly instalments of £156.67. Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send you an invoice outlining each payment and its due date, so everything is clear from the start.PayPal Credit is also available to eligible customers.Credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can you create portraits of multiple pets?

Absolutely!I can combine pets from different photographs into one portrait, so you don't necessarily need a photo of them all together. If you do have a photo of everyone together, that's ideal, but separate reference photos can work beautifully too.I'll create multiple digital mock-up designs for you to choose from, so you can see how your pets could be arranged within the final portrait. What is the lead time?

My current turnaround time is usually around 2 months from booking, although this can vary depending on my schedule and the size and complexity of your portrait.When we discuss your commission, I'll give you an estimated completion date so you know what to expect from the beginning.Have a specific date in mind? If you're ordering for a birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, please get in touch. I'll always do my best to accommodate your deadline and can confirm whether it will be possible.

How Much is UK & International Delivery?

UK unframed portraits: Free tracked 1st Class delivery.UK framed portraits: £10 via courier.International delivery: Usually around £60, depending on location and portrait size. Exact postage will be confirmed with your final quote.Packaging: All portraits are securely packaged and gift wrapped.Sending as a gift? I can arrange delivery directly to the recipient.All portraits are carefully packaged to protect them during transit and gift wrapped, whether framed or unframed.

Do you frame your portraits?

Yes - framing is available for all of my portraits. Professional Framing - From £80I work closely with my professional framer, Steve, who has over 30 years of experience. Your portrait will arrive fully framed and ready to hang, using high-quality museum standard ArtGlass™ for excellent clarity and UV protection. The ArtGlass™ practically invisible!Your frame can be tailored to you. I can give my framer creative freedom to choose a design that complements your portrait, or you can make specific requests. You can even send me a photo of the room where the portrait will hang, so we can choose something that works beautifully with your interior.Prefer to arrange your own framing? That's absolutely fine too. If you choose an unframed portrait, I'll provide the exact dimensions needed for your frame and mount, so you can take it to a professional framer of your choice.Standard Framing - From £25 My standard framing option provides a beautifully finished presentation at a more accessible price point. Your portrait is carefully mounted and framed to complement the artwork, so it's ready to hang and enjoy as soon as it arrives.Larger standard frames may use a lightweight acrylic glazing panel rather than glass, helping to keep the finished piece lighter and safer to handle while still providing excellent clarity and protection.Name PlaquesPersonalise your framed portrait with a beautiful gold or silver toned name plaque, featuring your pet's name and optional dates or wording. Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden fees.Your final quote will clearly outline the cost of your portrait, including any framing, postage or additional options you’ve chosen, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before booking.

What are the Terms & Conditions?

1.  CopyrightThe artist, Grace Murray-Rowley, holds full copyright on all artwork that is produced, including mock-ups and prints. When a portrait is commissioned, I reserve the right to display it on my website, my social media pages and my online tutorial content. Clients who do not wish their commissioned portrait to be shown online must notify me before work commences.​  2.  PaymentTo commission a portrait, payment must be made in full before the creation of your portrait can begin. I accept a variety of payment methods and offer 3 month installment plans.
Items are shipped within 3-7 business days from portrait completion, depending on framing time if framing is required.​ 3.  CancellationsPayment is non-refundable once work has begun.If cancellation is required before work on your portrait has begun (you will be notified of when work will begin), an 80% refund will be issued. The remaining 20% of the payment will be retained by the artist to cover the cost of booking process, design time and purchased materials.Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will do my best to resolve any issue(s). I strive for excellent feedback and customer service, so don't hesitate to message me with any issues.​  4. Refund PolicyOrders are only shipped once you have viewed an emailed image of the final drawing and are happy with the outcome. If in the unlikely circumstance your order arrives not as expected or I am unable to complete your order then a full refund can be processed. If damaged in transit then please contact me to discuss and post the drawing back to me in its original packaging for inspection. If I am satisfied the order has been tampered with or damaged due to transit then a full refund can be processed.On receiving an approved portrait, clients have 7 days to contact me about any required changes.  If the portrait needs returning for alterations the client must cover the necessary shipping charges both ways.   5.   Privacy PolicyThe artist will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.  6.  VAT & Import Duty UK prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT. International customers may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination country.
