Pencil portraits of your loved ones are a perfect way to capture a wonderful moment in time.
I am able to bring those together who never got to meet in real life, due to family members passing over, or other unfortunate circumstances. Using seperate photos, I can place people together, while adding in some elements to make the scene look natural. This makes for a very special piece of artwork, which is often treasured by it's recipient.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive instructions via email to send over your reference photos. I'll then create some various compositions as 'mock-ups' in photoshop for you to choose your favourite design or request changes to ensure you are satisfied with the end result.
Please note: Coloured portraits will require reference photos that show clear colours and good lighting

- A bespoke frame, made-to-measure specifically for your artwork, including a mount.
- Includes museum standard glass, which protects the artwork against UV light (especially important if you are hanging the art in an area with direct/ natural light).
- This museum glass is also anti-reflective, allowing for a much Can be made in any array of colours and styles.
- With your permission, I can give my framer, Steve, his creative freedom to design a frame which perfectly offsets the colours in the portrait, whilst also taking into account the style of the room you wish to hang the piece. Alternatively, you can be as specific as you like with your framing request, for those with distinct tastes!
No frame option
- Artwork will arrive professionally mounted & giftwrapped, complete with luxury ribbon and tissue paper, in protective packaging. It will be ready to give as a gift or be stored safely, giving you confidence if you wish to carefully frame the piece yourself. No risk of fingerprints or smudging here!
