To keep things fair, I've set up a Christmas Wait List - sign up below, let me know what kind of portrait type you have in mind, and I'll contact you in order of sign-up. Once the list is full, that's it for 2025!

Questions & Answers
Once you have registered your interest in one of my Christmas Commission slots by entering the form, I will be in touch via email to confirm your booking if there is a remaining slot. We will have a chat to discuss the specifics including your framing preference, making sure your booking is perfect for your desired outcome and review your available reference photos.
In order to secure the slot, payment for the portrait will be due upfront. I will send you an invoice via email. Once payment is made, your Christmas 2025 slot will be confirmed.
Following this, I will create some mock-up digital designs for your portrait using the photos you have sent over to me, with a variety of background and composition options for you to choose your favourite (or to give me feedback for additional mock-ups) to ensure the final result is exactly what you have in mind for your recipient.
The drawing process will begin in November, and I will send you photos of the final piece, where you can ask for tweaks or small changes if necessary. My first priority is ensuring you are over the moon with your special portrait!
Your portrait will be with you by the 22nd of December using next day tracked delivery. If you require your artwork before this date, just let me know and I can prioritise accordingly.
The waitlist will be closed on the 5th of September 2025, or when all remaining slots have been filled.
If unsure about anything, I’m more than happy to offer my advice and guide you through the process, just get in touch. Or, begin a chat using the chat box in the bottom right hand side.
My prices start from £340 for a 6x8" drawing, with the price increasing depending on the size of the portrait. For more information, please check out my Commissions Shop. Paypal credit options available. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
Professional framing prices start from £80.
If you have a specific size in mind that is not listed in the options then please Get in Touch and I’d be more than happy to work out a bespoke quote for you.
For unframed portraits, delivery is free of charge to the UK. I use a tracked 1st class service, which will get to you within 24 hours. Tracking information will be available.
For framed portraits, I keep my postage costs low for my clients at £10. I use a courier service for larger and framed pieces.
International delivery is also available, price calculated at checkout.
All pieces are sent flat in protective packaging to eliminate risk of smudging. All portraits will be gift wrapped, whether framed or unframed.
I offer framing for my portraits, with prices available on the product pages.
Professional framing is a service I am proud to offer from my framer Steve who has over 20 years experience, who I work closely with. This means your portrait will arrive with you framed and ready to hang straight away. These frames are made using finest quality museum glass, which offers UV protection and excellent viewing clarity.
I can either give my framer his creative freedom to create a frame that compliments your portrait, or I can give him specific requests. I can also send him a photo of the interior of the room that you plan to hang the portrait, so he can match your interior.
If you choose to have your portrait delivered unframed, this will allow you to visit your local professional framer who will create a perfect frame for the piece. Frames purchased in shops or online hugely vary in quality, but if you'd prefer to take this route, I'll give you the dimensions needed for the frame/mount of your portrait.
"Our wishes for the frame were taken in to account and we couldn’t have asked for anything more fitting for our newly decorated hallway. Would absolutely recommend." Phoebe Lowes
Yes, this can result in a wonderful artwork showing the bond between your companion animals.
Please see my product pages for prices depending on the amount of animals you'd like included.
If you'd like to include more than 4 animals in a portrait, please get in touch for a quote.
Engraved name plaques can really finish off a framed portrait beautifully, for those looking for "the whole package". My plaques are made from finely brushed aluminium and are availale in both gold and silve tone.
You can either simply have your pet or family's name, or any quotes that may be special to you.
Some examples are:
"Finley
You have left our side, but you will never leave our hearts."
"Finley
You left a paw print on our hearts."
"Our best friend,
Finley
We miss you"
"Finley
Part of the family since 2005"
